This page describes what happens to the information you send us through the contact form on this site. It is short because the site does very little.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number, what you are looking to finance, an approximate amount, whether the hardware produces revenue, and anything you choose to add in the free-text box.

Alongside that we record the date and time, the country your submission came from, your browser's user-agent string, and any campaign tag carried in the link you arrived through. We do not store your IP address. We store a keyed one-way fingerprint of it, which lets us recognise repeat submissions from the same connection and stop somebody flooding the form. We treat that fingerprint as personal information, not as anonymous data.

What we do with it

We use it to respond to your enquiry — which in practice means a person reads it and calls or emails you. That is the whole purpose.

We do not sell it. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers or list vendors. We do not use it to send marketing unrelated to the enquiry you made.

Where it goes

Submissions are stored in a database operated by Cloudflare, and a notification is sent to a private channel in our own Slack workspace so the right person sees it quickly. Cloudflare and Slack act as service providers to us and do not have independent rights to your information.

Bot protection

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than an automated script. Turnstile is designed to work without tracking you across sites and does not set advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries as ordinary business records for as long as they remain relevant to a possible or existing financing relationship. Equipment financing conversations can run over long periods, so we do not delete on a fixed clock. The Slack notification is a separate, short-lived copy that our workspace removes automatically after 120 days.

If you want your information deleted, ask and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. There are two ways to reach us, and deliberately no email address published on this site — a published address collects far more automated mail than genuine requests:

• Use the contact form and say what you are asking for in the message box.
• Reply to any email or call you get from us — every message we send is a working reply address.
• Or write to us at the postal address at the foot of this page.

There is no account to close and nothing to unsubscribe from unless you have asked us to keep in touch.

Scope

This site is intended for US businesses seeking equipment financing. It is not directed at consumers or at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from either.

Changes

If this page changes materially we will update the date at the top.
