This site is operated by Confluence Holdings LLC, a Nevada limited liability company. By using it you agree to what follows. It is short because the site does very little.

What this site is

An overview of an equipment financing program and a form for getting in touch. That is all it is.

Nothing on this site is an offer of credit, a commitment to lend, or an application for credit. Contacting us does not create a financing relationship. Any financing would be subject to review, underwriting and signed documentation, and any terms would be set out in those documents rather than here. Nothing here should be read as legal, tax, accounting or financial advice.

Who it is for

Businesses in the United States. It is not directed at consumers, at people outside the US, or at anyone under 18. Any financing discussed here is for commercial purposes, not personal, family or household purposes.

Using the contact form

Give us information that is accurate and that is yours to give. Do not submit somebody else's contact details, and do not use the form to send anything unlawful, misleading or automated. We may decline to respond to any enquiry, and we may block use of the form if it is abused.

Text messages

The contact form has an optional checkbox for text messages. It is off unless you turn it on, and leaving it off does not affect whether we respond to you or whether we would offer financing — consent to be texted is never a condition of anything.

If you do opt in, you agree that Confluence Holdings LLC may send text messages about your enquiry to the number you gave us, including messages sent by automated means. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, and those are between you and your carrier. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. You can also ask us to stop by any other means and we will.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers, and we do not share them with third parties for their own marketing.

Availability

We do not promise the site will always be available or error-free, and we may change or withdraw it at any time. The program described here may change.

Our content

The text, layout and design of this site belong to us. You are welcome to read, print and share it; do not republish it as your own.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law rules.

If these terms change materially we will update the date at the top.
